What kind of Opportunity to invest?

  • Profitable opportunities.
  • Providing enriching experiences to the younger generation – Skill utilization, developing new skills, and providing exposure.
  • Generate employment for family members if possible.
  • Scholarships: success must be measured and Unmerited ones should be removed from future awards (Exceptional cases can be re-approved by the committee). We hope the successful candidates will invest back into the trust to extend the blessings to other families.

Veto power

All major decisions within the ManVi.Family trust are made with Manu and Vinoth holding veto power to ensure they align with the trust’s vision and values.

What will not be done by the trust?

  • No loans of any kind.
  • Unfair ethical practices (Must abide by local laws and regulations).
  • Blind-Investments or Blind-Scholarships (not measurable).

Requirements to add a new family node?

  • Must be related to the core family tree through marriage.
  • By Investments (min 1 Cr) or by 100% votes. The minimum sum will be revised every year.

Can we extend support to non-family members (not related)?

100% Yes on a case-by-case basis. Some examples include extending support during natural disasters or appreciating excellence, scholarships etc... The idea of this fund is to uplift the family and thereby uplift the society. If there are easy opportunities to uplift the local community, we will 100% do it.

What are the requirements/expectations of the family tree members?

  • No discussions on religion or caste.
  • Expect Kindness, gratitude and compassion to all. No bias towards anyone
  • Offer time to nurture and build the family
  • No drinking, smoking, etc.
  • Be active on the trust activities.
  • All members must be registered on the FamilyTree website.

Mentors Plan

The trust implements structured mentorship. Avinash and Gabby is mentored by Aravind R, Karthik R and Aravind R is mentored by Vinoth Kumar M, ensuring personal growth and accountability within the family.
